Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, by our approved carrier Chronopost.

Chronopost will send you a secure delivery code (PIN code) and a QR Code by e-mail or SMS so that you can receive your parcel. Don't forget to check your junk mail.

Please remember that you must UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES give this code to the delivery driver over the phone. Always wait until you have received the parcel and checked that it does indeed contain your purchases before confirming receipt of the order by giving the code to the delivery driver. 

• France: standard delivery to your home at €9.90 per order for any order under €59, and standard home delivery free of charge from DELSEY PARIS for any order of €99 or more: your parcel is delivered within 2 to 5 working days from the confirmation of your order and payment.

Would you like to make a return?

You have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to make your return.

To proceed with your return, please follow the link here and have your order number to hand.

Returned goods will be refunded to the original account within 3-5 business days.

Return shipping is free of charge if you choose to return your products with our carrier by following our return procedure and using the prepaid shipping label we send you. 

Please note that returned products must have been purchased on the website. They must be new, unused, and accompanied by their original tags and accessories. Product documents and labels must also be returned. DELSEY reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet these conditions.
